Joshua Fouquet
As President of CF Breeze Management, the affiliated EPC and construction partner supporting Hotel SPV A, he brings more than 15 years of construction and project management experience overseeing federal, disaster recovery, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects. His experience includes management of a 1.5 MW solar deployment across 140 buildings at Buckley Air Force Base, execution of 1,683 housing recovery units in Puerto Rico, and leadership of large-scale HUD and CDBG-DR construction programs. His expertise includes project planning, procurement, scheduling, compliance, and field execution.
Lisa Fouquet
Brings more than 20 years of experience in construction, disaster recovery, housing rehabilitation, and program management. Experience includes leadership and oversight of large-scale federal, HUD, FEMA, and CDBG-DR recovery programs across multiple states and U.S. territories, including Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Florida, North Carolina, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Has supported projects involving thousands of residential units, large-scale reconstruction efforts, infrastructure improvements, and renewable energy deployments.
