Trey leads Hotel SPV A’s development and expansion, bringing together business relationships, project opportunities, and execution capabilities to support the platform’s growth across commercial properties and multi-site portfolios.

Matt brings more than 10 years of experience developing and financing advanced energy projects. His expertise spans project technology, financial structures, power purchase agreements, and federal incentives. He has conducted measurement and verification for energy-efficiency financing and developed strategies for federal tax-credit utilization and monetization. His background supports Hotel SPV A’s approach to project economics, commercial structuring, and energy infrastructure development.

Robert brings more than 25 years of experience across business development, sales, construction, project consulting, drafting, and design, including more than 15 years of specialized drafting and design work. His background includes large-scale disaster recovery initiatives, renewable energy development, and project structuring. He supports Hotel SPV A through technical understanding, strategic planning, project coordination, and the development of business and industry relationships.

Gus brings more than 22 years of legal experience in real estate, corporate compliance, contract development, and enforcement. He oversees legal and structural matters supporting Hotel SPV A and its affiliated business activities, providing guidance on agreements, corporate requirements, and transaction structure. His work supports the contractual and organizational framework connecting property partners, project entities, capital providers, and other transaction participants.

Josh is President of CF Breeze Management, Hotel SPV A’s affiliated EPC and construction partner. He brings more than 15 years of construction and project management experience across federal programs, disaster recovery, infrastructure, housing reconstruction, and renewable energy. His background includes FEMA, HUD, and CDBG-DR programs across multiple states and U.S. territories. He provides construction leadership and coordination for Hotel SPV A’s solar, battery storage, and EV charging deployments

Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience in construction, disaster recovery, housing rehabilitation, and program management. Her background includes leadership and oversight of federal, HUD, FEMA, and CDBG-DR recovery programs across multiple states and U.S. territories. She has supported large-scale residential reconstruction, infrastructure improvements, and renewable energy deployments. Lisa provides operational leadership, compliance oversight, project administration, and program coordination for Hotel SPV A and its affiliated development and construction activities.
