Matt has structured power purchase agreements, conducted measurement and verification for energy-efficiency financing, and developed strategies to optimize the utilization and monetization of federal tax credits.

Business development and project professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning sales, construction, project consulting, drafting, and design. With more than 15 years of specialized drafting and design experience, Robert brings a combination of technical understanding, strategic planning, and business development expertise to complex projects. His experience includes supporting large-scale disaster recovery initiatives such as Restore Louisiana, as well as renewable energy development, project structuring, and the coordination of strategic relationships supporting the Hotel SPV A platform.

Attorney with more than 17 years of experience in real estate, corporate compliance, contract development, and contract enforcement. Gus oversees legal and structural frameworks supporting Hotel SPV A and its affiliated business activities, providing guidance on contractual matters, corporate compliance, and transaction structure.

As President of CF Breeze Management, the affiliated EPC and construction partner supporting Hotel SPV A, Joshua brings more than 15 years of construction and project management experience across federal programs, disaster recovery, infrastructure, housing reconstruction, and renewable energy. His experience spans major FEMA, HUD, and CDBG-DR programs across multiple states and U.S. territories, encompassing thousands of residential projects involving demolition, full reconstruction, rehabilitation, structural elevations, multi-trade coordination, procurement, logistics, and execution under strict federal timelines. The broader CF Breeze portfolio includes major recovery programs involving thousands of homes, more than 200 structural elevations, and 1.5 MW solar deployment across 140 buildings at Buckley Space Force Base. Joshua’s extensive experience leading complex, multi-site construction operations provides Hotel SPV A with seasoned EPC leadership for the standardized deployment of solar, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure across a national hotel portfolio.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience in construction, disaster recovery, housing rehabilitation, and program management. Her experience includes leadership and oversight of large-scale federal, HUD, FEMA, and CDBG-DR recovery programs across multiple states and U.S. territories, including Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Florida, North Carolina, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She has supported projects involving thousands of residential units, large-scale reconstruction efforts, infrastructure improvements, and renewable energy deployments. Lisa provides operational leadership, compliance oversight, project administration, and program coordination supporting Hotel SPV A and its affiliated development and construction activities.
